MODULE - WEEK 1
INTRODUCTION
We’ll go through the client avatar profiles - you'll be able to identify with one of them. Afterwards, based on your avatar, I'll provide you with strategies and priorities you'll need to focus on during the course. You'll set a clear vision and goals - you need to know what you want from this course.
CALORIES & MACRONUTRIENTS
You'll get a nutritional plan from me. During the next two modules, we'll analyze it! In this module you'll learn everything about calories and macronutrients (protein, fat & carbs). You'll know how much you can eat and how to play with the calories when you're planning to socialize during the weekend. You'll learn why a good balance between protein, fat and carbs matters and how to track your macros. I’ll show you common mistakes women make daily. I’ll show you plenty of tricks and hacks you can apply on a daily basis to ensure you eat the right balance of nutrients without obsession.

MODULE - WEEK 2
MICRONUTRIENTS - QUALITY & VALUE MATTERS
The most valuable part of the course. The first week is about how to lose weight - this week is all about how to stay healthy! If you apply the strategy I'm going to give you; you should feel more energetic, lighter, less bloated and heavy after this week! These are the results you are supposed to see immediately. You'll learn why quality matters, your common mistakes, and plenty of tricks and hacks on how to ensure you get enough vitamins and minerals when your life is busy & most of the time, you don't have time for cooking.
You'll get the answers to questions like why everyone is so obsessed about being gluten- and dairy-free. You'll be able to make your own decisions. We’ll discuss what food causes inflammation and why it is so important to eat to follow a low inflammatory diet.

MODULE - WEEK 3
MINDSET - STRATEGY FOR BAD DAYS
Week 3 is usually when people lose motivation, and healthy habits still need to be developed. That's why it is a mindset week. I'll give you a strategy, tips and hacks on what to do during those weeks. How to have bad days without losing progress. (As you're busy, you will be flawed in the next 5 weeks or 3 months. And that's normal; you need to know what to do! And we don't aim to be perfect. We aim to be SMARTER! That's why it is a strategic course)
We’ll talk as well about the mindset towards food - how to build a good relationship with food.

EXERCISE - HOW TO SET UP YOUR PERFECT WORKOUT ROUTINE WHICH IS REALISTIC, EASY TO STICK TO IT, AND YOU'LL ENJOY
Once again, I'll give you plenty of strategies! For good & bad weeks, weeks when you can't exercise because you travel a lot, spend most of the time in hotels and don't have access to the gym. So, basically, this week is all about how not to lose progress if you can't stick to your WORKOUT routine. Remember, it's not about exercising more but about exercising smarter!

Hi, my name is Anna. I have over 10 years of experience in the fitness, nutrition & coaching industry. Over a decade, I've worked 1:1 with women as a Personal Trainer & Nutritional Therapist in the UK.

My motto is "You don't need to be extreme; you need to be consistent", so I help set my client's up with only REALISTIC & MAINTAINABLE workout & nutritional routines.
I know women like no one else! Especially women who have PCOS, as I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome as well. Many of my clients come to me as they struggle with keeping the side effects of PCOS under control.

We’ll treat it as a 5 week challenge. BUT as you’ll have a lifetime access to it and if you can’t commit to the process in January don’t worry you can watch everything in one go later. So whenever you’re ready!
